TWEE is a women's fast fashion brand in Korea. With its strong fashion MD competency, their business expanded fast. They opened flagship stores in shopping malls and department stores, and at its peak, it had 51 stores globally. Having struggled in pandemic, They set out to increase online traffic for their own online shopping mall to increase profit, they don't know where to start. This was the situation they have faced when we first met them.
